Free shipping in Canada
Shipping is included in all Canadian orders.
US shipping
A flat shipping fee of $15 is added to US orders.
International shipping
A flat shipping fee of $30 is added to international orders.
Customs and duties
US and international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can mean delays and additional fees. Tarka is not responsible for payment of duties and taxes not included in the original purchase.
Shipping times
Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days. Items are shipped via Canada Post.
Lost or stolen shipments
Keep an eye out when you know your shipment is coming as we cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen shipments.
RETURNS
Returns
If your rain suit doesn’t fit, send us an email and we’ll give you instructions on how to return it. Returns are possible within 30 days on unworn items. We aren’t able to cover shipping costs on returns at the moment.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item, please send us an email and we’ll give you instructions on how to return it. Then please place a new order on the item you’d like at your convenience.
