Most people choose to live in BC because they love to be outside, but it rains here all the time. In fact it rains for almost exactly half the year.

That means people aren’t doing the things they enjoy, and more importantly, they aren’t able to walk or ride to work. Tarka was designed to help people have fun outside and in some cases, work outside, like people in film.
